Job Summary: We are currently seeking a meticulous and skilled Jewellery Polisher to join our team. As a Jewellery Polisher, you will be responsible for meticulously cleaning, buffing, and polishing jewellery pieces to enhance their shine and appearance. Your thorough attention to detail and expertise in jewellery polishing techniques will contribute to maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for flawlessness, strong knowledge of different materials and finishes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect jewellery pieces to identify any scratches, tarnishes, smudges, or imperfections that need to be removed through polishing
- Clean jewellery using appropriate cleaning agents, tools, and techniques, ensuring the removal of dirt, oils, and other debris
- Select and use the correct polishing tools, such as brushes, buffs, wheels, and compounds, based on the type of metal, gemstone, or finish
- Polish jewellery to restore its natural shine and lustre, following established polishing procedures and techniques

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Jewellery Polisher or similar role
- Solid understanding of different types of metals, gemstones, and jewellery finishes
- Proficient in using various polishing tools and equipment, such as buffing machines, mandrels, brushes, and compounds
- Knowledge of different polishing techniques and their applications on different jewellery materials
