Are you a tech whizz? Become a part of our friendly team at our soon-to-open Westgate retail store!
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Ensure product knowledge is current and up-to-date across all product ranges
- Provide customers with all relevant product information to assist them with decision making
- Promote any ‘add on’ or related products and specials to customers as appropriate
- Ensure customers expectations are met throughout the end to end sales process including check out if required.
- Ensure guarantees and all relevant purchase information is provided to customers and extended warranties offered
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability persevere to solve a problem and to see tasks through to completion.
- IT product knowledge preferred
- Weekend and Public Holiday works are expected.
